Home Watch is defined as: a visual inspection of a home looking for obvious issues.  We customize our inspections based on your preferences.  Our home watch inspections are designed with risk mitigation in mind and include the following:

• Walk exterior perimeter to check for signs of damage, lanai & pool condition, yard condition, etc.
  
• Visual inspection for signs of water leaks/damage, mold & mildew, insects and rodents.
  
• Check thermostat and humidistat settings, check temperature and humidity inside.
  
• Run faucets and flush toilets.  Check sink disposal.
  
• Check breaker panel for tripped breakers.  Ensure electric water heater breaker is off.
  
• Visually inspect inside of property, including garage.
  
• Change out A/C filters if needed, replace smoke detector batteries, replace thermostat batteries.
  
• Verify doors and windows are secure.
  
• Check main water valve is turned off after each inspection.
  
• Electronic inspection checklist completed during each home watch inspection and emailed to client.  
  
• Immediate reporting to client of issues found.

During each inspection, our visit is documented with an electronic inspection checklist, customized to your property and preferences.  This report logs the date and time of the visit and our findings on site.  These reports are completed with state of the art software, which uses GPS to location-verify we are on-site to inspect your home.  After the inspection report is complete, it is emailed to you for your review.
